Trinity Catholic High School was a Catholic High School at Our Lady Help of Christians Parish. The school was a co-educational and college preparatory school founded in 1894. The parish school closed in 2012, merging with Mount Saint Joseph Academy in Brighton to become St. Joseph Preparatory High School.
The parish has now welcomed Dearborn Academy for a 15-year lease that began in September 2016.
